Returns and Exchanges Policy

(in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights).

We respect the rights of our customers and operate in compliance with European consumer protection laws. Please review our return conditions carefully:

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. However, according to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

Socks are classified as personal hygiene products. Therefore, returns or exchanges are only possible if the following conditions are met:

  • The packaging has not been opened or damaged;
  • The product has not been used and remains in its original condition;
  • The customer notifies us of the return within 14 days of receiving the order;
  • The return is shipped at the customer’s expense.

2. Exceptions: Defects or Order Errors

Returns or exchanges are accepted regardless of packaging condition if:

  • You received a defective item;
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, design, etc.).

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer:

An exchange for the correct item (subject to availability), or a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] and provide either your order number or the email address used for the purchase (your order number can be found in the receipt emailed to you after your purchase). If possible, attach photos that clearly show the issue. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

3. Return Procedure

  • Email us at returns@anysocks.co with the subject line “Return Request – Order No. …”.
  • State the reason for the return and attach photos of the defective item.
  • We will confirm the return eligibility and send you further instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Additional Notes

AnySocks reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, is missing its original packaging, or does not meet the conditions outlined above.
